İhlas became a partner in the attempt to revive the historical Silk Road of China, which is described as the vision project of the next period.
İhlas, who has signed a strategic partnership with China Silk Road Group from China's leading companies, is establishing a joint company in Turkey with China Silk Road Group.
İhlas Gayrimenkul Geliştirme (Real Estate Development), having signed one of the most important initiatives of the recent epoch, will bring together Turkish companies seeking financing from their projects and Chinese companies and will bring partnerships and financing from China for major projects and investments to be made in Turkey with the joint venture which will operate under the name of China Silk Road AŞ.
China Silk Road, as the first step of this work, wants to develop a business alliance with İhlas including world class company Petro China to provide consultancy services including submitting joint proposals for BOTAŞ tenders, energy projects, infrastructure works. İhlas will participate in BOTAŞ gas storage tender by partnering with Petro China Company Huan Qiu.
China Silk Road Group Chairman Yan Li Jin, Vice President Chen Hong Jian and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Board of İhlas Holding Ahmet Mücahid Ören participated in the press conference at the İhlas headquarters and the foundations of the partnership were laid at the signing ceremony.
Two executives from China Silk Road company and two directors from İhlas will take part in the board of directors of the company, which will carry out important works in order to reach Turkey's 2023 targets.
The company which operate in the İhlas headquarters will facilitate investments to Turkey and partnerships and carry out duties of media work to develop trade and cultural business cooperation between the two countries, partnership in Middle East and Africa Energy projects, finding financing and partners, being a partner and supporting. The company will also carry out ensuring Chinese State funds and China's huge investment funds can be reached quickly and effectively.
WITH THE "ONE BELT, ONE ROAD PROJECT", CHINA WILL CONTRIBUTE $ 900 BILLION TO INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS IN 68 COUNTRIES
China Silk Road Group is actively involved in the Silk Road Project covering around 68 countries. China Silk Road Group works on projects such as: investment funds, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, investment and management, finance and project consulting, information security, software development, satellite communications, energy and infrastructure projects, smart city projects, cultural projects such as movie and TV productions in China and other countries in the region.
The Company provides help both Chinese companies in other countries and foreign companies in China to take the right position, to make profitable and productive activities and to establish cooperation by providing theoretical guidance and consultancy services to governments, companies, private enterprises and research institutes in China and other countries, in cooperation with international Think Tank organizations. In particular, accurate orientation of investments in the Silk Road countries, which will reach 900 billion dollars in the next 5 years, energy and infrastructure investments, the benefits of the countries and firms concerned and improvement of the social and economic situation of the people of the region are among the company's goals.
The company has currently set up organizations to collaborate with Think Tank organizations at the level of governments in over twenty countries.
The joint company to be established will work in Turkey, China and other Silk Road countries with the synergy that İhlas and China Silk Road will develop; Turkish and Chinese companies will play an active and fusing role in cooperation.
